Living Room:
Claims:
Dogs bark at nothing.
Homeowner found front door open upon arriving home. The owner states that they never use that door as an entrance and that they always use the side door.
Findings:
Unused Front Door, this is a very old and very heavy door, which locks by a skeleton key. When leaving the residence that evening, it was very hard for me to get the door open. No physical explanation as to why it was found open by homeowner one day.
EMF – Extremely high EMF was recorded in this room due to multiple electronic devices.
Investigator’s Personal Experiences:
Cathy experienced a pulsing vibration when sitting on the floor which gave a sensation of being pushed or tipping sideways. Cathy & Anita experienced a tingling sensation starting from the feet up to the knees while sitting on living room sofa for a few minutes.
Cathy & Anita – both heard a whistling noise which sounded like it came from another area of the house. (This was documented as the same time that investigators I the basement recorded a whistle that they did not physically hear).
Back Bedroom:
Claims:
A male relative stayed in this room one night and claims her heard what he thought was something crashing into the wall. Relative feels very uncomfortable and had sense of being watched.
Occupants have seen shadows
Findings:
EMF & K2 – Spiked higher toward floor (Caused by basement wiring)
EVP’s - When the question was asked “What is your name” it responded with “Tim” or “Jim”. (See Evidence Listing Below)
Possible explanation of relatives claim of crashing sound – Could possibly be cat jumping on the wooded shelf unit or maybe even jump off the shelf, it may cause the shelf to bang against the wall. This could also possibly be related to New England seismic activity.
Investigators Personal Experiences:
Deb & Josh – Josh stated that when we went in on the initial walk through that he felt very light headed. While doing our investigation, he stated that he felt light headed again but not as bad. I believe this comes from the very high EMF readings which we got in the basement.
Basement:
Claims:
Both daughters have heard whispers and also their names being called out. Daughters will not go into basement area by themselves, state there is a “creepy feeling and also feeling of being watched”
Occupants have seen shadows
Findings:
Extremely high EMF readings from wiring to old fluorescent lighting and appliances.
EVP’s – Whistles - Unexplainable
EMF’s – Black wires, wire leading from furnace and hot water tank .
The wires for the furnace run through the center wall and run the length of the basement along the center wall to the front left corner of the house to the fuse box. This location was directly below the living room where very high EMF readings occurred. The wire for the hot water heater runs thought the center wall to the left wall and proceeds to the front of the house to the fuse box. This wiring scheme creates very high EMF readings in the center of the house. High EMF reading from pipes in laundry area which extended 4 feet out. High EMF’s from copper pipes surrounding the furnace (may not be grounded correctly).
Most of the fluorescent lights hanging in cellar are ready to burn out and are outdated. This is a possible cause of high EMF on the upstairs floor and may also cause potential health issues.
Mold & Dampness - Appearance of mold in corners and on outer walls. Bottom of wooden shelf unit in laundry area water soaked. Water leaking from a water supply pipe on to an extension cord, which appeared to run to sub-pump.
Investigators Personal Experiences:
Deb & Josh – Deb felt chilled only in one spot in the center of the laundry area. When leaving basement heard loud noises coming from the area, which could have been the cat.
Back Porch:
Back Yard:
Claim:
Dogs bark at nothing near shed area.
Also homeowner feels the suspected entity roams the outside property as well.
Findings:
Possible explanation for dogs barking – Cat in area. There is a friendly neighborhood cat that visited during our time there.
Photos– Possible orbs near shed and house. (Unusable due to weather)
EMF & K2 – Deb & Josh – While using both of these devices near the shed, high readings appeared on both devices when they asked any entities to walk in front of K2.
Investigators Personal Experiences:
Both Josh and Deb saw what we thought to be 2 little red lights, within a short time of each other, Could possibly be an animal’s eyes in the wooded area.
Cathy felt something briefly coming up behind her while in the middle of the yard but did not feel threatened in any way.
Anita felt drawn to the shed. However they did not enter due to safety reasons and no permission from home owner.
MJ had a feeling of her personal space being invaded.
Other Client Claims:
They all have heard footsteps on the floors and stairs.
Occupants have experience lights going on and off and also “power surges” in various areas of the home that may have contributed to a small television blowing out.
Anytime she has large gatherings in her home (birthday party, holiday celebrations, etc) once the gathering ends the activity increases a great deal and “the house is hopping”.
Other Findings:
Cathy & Anita observed the pet rabbit making numerous loud banging noises in its cage, which could be the cause unexplained noises heard in kitchen and also could be the cause of the dog barking for no reason.
