We must insist that all attendees adhere to the following rules of this special event:
* Absolutely no one under 18 years of age
* Each attendee will be required to sign a release form
* All attendees are required to have a voice recorder and flashlight as a minimum for investigation equipment. Cameras (still or video), EMF detectors, Tri-Field meter, KII meter and such are a plus.
* Some snacks will be available during the evening. Please feel free to bring your favorite snack or non-alcoholic beverage. Absolutely no alcohol is allowed for this event.
- * Reservations can only be made for 1 - 3 people.
ACCOMMODATIONS:
After you apply for reservation, we will attempt to accommodate your request. For those that apply for reservation for the event; you will be notified via e-mail of either a reservation acceptance or if the event has sold out.
APRS will try our best to accommodate groups of 2-3 people in a private room. Please note that anyone registering as a single will have their own bed but will share a room with others.
Only one room has a private bathroom, all other accommodations will share bathrooms with others staying over.
TICKETS:
Tickets for this special Halloween season event are $80.00 per person due upon reservation acceptance. If your reservation is accepted you will be notified via email and will receive an invoice for your ticket reservation which is a secure payment transaction through Paypal. Paypal accepts credit card, debit card and bank account as methods of payment.
Please note you are not required to have a Paypal account to pay your invoice.
Payment is due by Thursday, October 7th @ 11pm EST
